Ava is such a warm and kind presence. She was communicative and professional. She is young but gives off such a confident, nurturing air when she’s with children. My daughter took to her immediately. I was around while she was watching her, so I got to witness how patient, calm, and engaging Ava was. I never saw her on her phone; she was totally focused on my daughter 100% of the time, which feels rare these days. I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her without reservations.
