About Ava

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, calm and loving. I like working with kids because their young minds need someone who is going to care for them, love them and be for them whenever and no matter what. I'm looking for a job where the employer respects me and treats me fairly. I started working with kids when I was 14. I started off babysitting for many families with kids in multiple age rages and for the last 3 years i've been working at a local childcare center as an assistant and aid teacher. In my spare time, I like to hangout with family, go out with friends, draw and do fun projects. One thing you should know about me is that their child comes before me when I work with them. I want the parents to know that I will communicate with them and respect them as well as the children. My skills include, communication, patience, caring, positive, understanding and creativity.
