About Autumn

Hello there! I have worked in the geriatric care management industry for almost 3 years and have decided to take a step back from my position. I would like to go back to school and dedicate the other time I have continuing working with the geriatric community. I have extensive experience working with multiple backgrounds of older adults and it has become a passion of mine. I cherished all my geriatric clients as they were my own grandmother. During my time in geriatric care, I found ways to connect with my clients so that I was able to provide optimal care. I understand how to provide navigation to your loved ones during their aging health journey. I am up to date with Covid vaccinations and will undergo any background check and certification obtaining needed. Thank you so much!
