About Autumn

Hi! My name is Autumn, and I'm a reliable, patient, and caring childcare provider with hands-on experience both professionally and personally. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with training in child development, behavior support, positive reinforcement, and creating structured, nurturing environments that help children thrive. In addition to my professional background, I am also a mother, which has given me real-life experience with daily routines, safety, emotional support, and meeting a child's individual needs with compassion and consistency. I understand how important trust, communication, and reliability are when caring for someone's child. I'm comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and young children, including those who may need extra support with behavior, routines, or emotional regulation. My goal is always to provide a safe, engaging, and loving environment where children feel supported and parents feel confident.
