Initially I was impressed with Autumn and we interviewed and communicated frequently. We were at the final stages so I paid for a background check. After that, she completely stopped responding to communications. Initially, I was worried that something happened to her. I now realize that it was just lack of professionalism. I am so grateful that I did not hire her. Parents truly desire responsive and communicative childcare providers. My advice to Autumn: in the future if you have a change of heart make sure to communicate with the family as precious time was lost working with you.
