She is open to learning, receptive to feedback, and genuinely cares about the well-being and comfort of the people she cares for. She also works very well with physicians and others involved in my mother’s care and communicates effectively regarding important issues and changes. When additional caregivers are involved, she helps train and guide them thoroughly and remains very involved in making sure my mother’s care is handled properly. Even on her days off, she checks in regularly and stays on top of things when others are covering for her. Her reliability, responsiveness, and commitment to my mother’s care have been very valuable to our family and have helped my mother remain safely cared for at home.
