About Austin

Hi all! I am expressive energetic young man who loves working with children of all ages. I have five years of experience working with kids ages 5-18 on an organic farm. Here I acted as both caretaker and entertainer, providing structured activities, games, and education about the land while we worked in the sun. In addition to this experience I spent the summer of 2019 teaching basic programming and engineering lessons to kids ages 2-20. Finally I have taught art classes at Colorado College for two years (jewelry & sculpture) to undergraduate students and love sharing arts & crafts activities with kids as well. With me not only will your children have a responsible and prepared caretaker but someone who loves stimulating creativity, promoting self-expression, getting outside, and seeking new knowledge.
