18 years ago my mother got sick and I needed to take care of her. This was the beginning of a wonderful career . I realize my passion for taking care of other , discover the I am a caring person. For me care giver means a lot , 2 wonderful words : care for someone and then give the care they need. Erica is a wonderful, responsible, honest, and enthusiastic caregiver. Her positive outlook brightens the day of my mother. She consistently plans ahead for nutritious meals, shopping and decorating for holiday events and gatherings. She looks for ways to improve the daily routine flow, and looks for ways to improve my mother's health. She is the best caregiver my mother has had out of close to a dozen caregivers before her.
