I have worked with children since the age of 16. I started working at the Summit YMCA Kidzone where I would take care of infant, toddlers, and school age children. While working, I also babysat for local families on the weekends. Then, I started to work for a family part-time. I was responsible of getting them to school in the mornings, picking them up from school, helping with homework, preparing their dinner, and taking them to after school activities. I remained with the family for almost 5 years. Now, I am a Montessori assistant teacher, and I continue to learn about the unique and wonderful personalities of every child.
