I am an experienced Toddler Care Specialist with over 5 years of experience working in a structured early childhood education center, primarily with children ages 1-3. I specialize in creating consistent routines, supporting age - appropiate early development activities and fostering independence. My approach is rooted in patience, creativity, and warmth. I hold a graduate degree (in a different field) and my training includes First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, engaging them with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate through written text, or phone calls, depending on your preference. I also speak Spanish, and I am happy to help organize play areas, maintain a clean environment, and travel.
