About Audrey

Hello everyone! I am a senior at UMD and majoring in elementary and special education. I am a full time nanny during the summer months but I am looking for additional work during the school months! Some of my skills as a nanny are preparing healthy home cooked meals, empower children by speaking positively, instruct children to clean up after themselves, coordinate and guide activities for the children, motivate problem solving within children's disagreements, etc. I believe that I work well in high stress situations and am able to diffuse the situations properly. I am dedicated to helping children with any task and building them up in a positive and nurturing way. I'd describe my personality as friendly, patient, and adventurous. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I have been nannying during the summers for 5+ years now and I love it more and more each year! I enjoy working with children because I love seeing them grow emotionally, physically, and mentally.
