Audrey responded to our request very fast. She is responsible in taking care of our kids. She is very patient with our infant and try to accommodate all his needs. For the primary schooler, she monitors screen time, encourages her to do homework by herself, and gave her hug when she was scared to sleep alone. She is a great helper for parents, and for kids, she looks like a big sister. Highly recommended.
