About Harli

After nannying for 5+ years , I started working with developmentally disabled youth and adults from 2019-current. I quickly took to the field and was fueled with passion, supervising and even managing my own programs throughout the years. My primary experience is with teaching/supporting in ADLs/life skills, planning enrichment activities in and out of the home, medication management and behavioral intervention. I have experience with managing medical care/appointments as well as communicating with case workers etc in regards to care and services if support there is desired. Working with children and families has always been a calling of mine. Although I love my job dearly, I'm looking to step away and serve the community in a new way. I hope to find a family I can support and kiddos I can have fun, engaging time with. I have updated references upon request.
