About Aubrie

I have 30 years experience caring for children, from infants to preteens. I worked through college and grad school as a nanny and substitute preschool teacher. I was asked to be the godmother of the twins I cared for (which tells you what a trusted member of their family I became). I'm a mother of 2, and my eldest has special medical needs. I was trained at UCLA and employed to be her "In Home Care Provider" for 5 years while she was on life-support through pre and post transplant. After that high level care, there's nothing I feel I can't handle! I have deep compassion for the daily challenges of parenting. I became a trauma-informed spiritual psychology counselor after what we went through as parents, in order to be a safe, calm, and supportive presence in the lives of both children and parents. I have a private counseling practice and I am a single mom supplementing my income. Children are my favorite goofball gurus to spend time with! I'm fluent in Spanish & adore animals & nature.
