Caring for dogs, (and animals in general), has always been a consistent part of my life. As a child, there wasn't a time when our family wasn't fawning over our family dog Perdy (short for Perdita); and some of my fondest memories from my grandparents farm was dressing the cats up in doll clothes. My husband and I have a 1-year-old shepherd mix and live in uptown. I have helped my sister take care of her dog for the last two years, and that time I spend with the pups is my favorite time of day! I'm a very active person, always looking for an excuse to get outside and take a walk. I offer a loving, cozy environment to any dog coming into my home. I have experience as a nanny and private chef as well, so I understand the boundaries of being in someone else's home and respecting their person items and space.
