About Aubrey

I have been working with seniors since I was a kid because I enjoyed their company. I lived by a senior home and would volunteer there before I could legally work because I thought it was fun spending time with the people there and hearing their stories. I got to lead workout classes sitting on chairs, help make meals, get to sit and listen to people. I am so close with my family and grandparents so I really have always had a soft spot for this population. I have worked as a mental health therapist and most of my patients were seniors. I can't do that work in California without redoing a masters program so I am looking for other ways of helping people. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, reliable, creative. I'm looking for a job that I can truly be a companion, help someone feel loved and understood. In my spare time, I like to do art. Drawing and painting. I love taking care of animals. One thing you should know about me is I am easy to reach and deeply care for people.
