Hi, i'm Aubrey :) I'm a passionate, nurturing, and experienced caregiver with a degree in human development from CSUSM and field work in behavioral therapy! I became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2023 and was in the field for over 2. 5 years supporting children with special needs through individualized care, play-based strategies, and positive reinforcement in environments from in-home, clinic, and schools! Working with kids alongside their siblings and families to support their learning, and play has been so special to me :) ! I mostly work with baby's, and toddlers, but am comfortable with all ages. My favorite part of childcare is getting to know my kids and see each child as an individual with their own learning style, and unique needs. I'm also happy to provide references on request.
