About Atrica

Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. With 10 years of experience, I bring a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to supporting adults and seniors. I'm passionate about helping people maintain their independence and well-being. I provide respite care, transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I have some college education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. Empathy is something thats need when caring for someone who dealing with illness and I have excellent references as I've worked independently with several families dealing with parents with dementia. I've been doing this work for 40+ years and I am Maryland State Board certified as a CNA.
