Joy was amazing! It was my first time having anyone besides my immediate family watch my son (2 years old) & HE ABSOLUTELY LOVED JOY. He is very shy at times, and took to Joy very well. She is amazing!

As a first-time (anxious) mom, I turned down several nannies because I didn’t feel comfortable enough to let them care for my son. He was 6 months old when Joy started with us, and from the moment we met her, she gave me such positive energy. I immediately noticed that she was caring, compassionate, and experienced. My son was in a stage where he got upset if anyone else tried to hold him or when my husband or I walked away, but she knew exactly how to approach him and make him feel comfortable. She followed his routine and paid close attention to all instructions. She even helped him learn to nap on his own without long periods of fussing. This is something we continued, and now we can simply lay him down in his crib and he’ll self-soothe until he falls asleep peacefully.

She cooked for him (and sometimes for us too) and kindly shared helpful tips on introducing new foods. She worked with our son on crawling, standing, and assisted walking. I never felt uneasy leaving him with her. I always knew my little one was in safe, caring hands. She always responded quickly whenever I called or texted to check in. She has been truly wonderful, and my words can’t express how grateful we are for her.

We had the absolute pleasure of having her as both a day and night nanny for our family, and words can’t fully express how grateful we are for her. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly reliable, always on time, attentive, and fully present. Her family oriented nature made her feel like more than just a nanny; she truly became a part of our family.
She has a natural connection with children and was absolutely wonderful with our son. Her calm, nurturing demeanor and genuine care gave us so much peace of mind, both during the day and overnight. We always knew he was in loving, capable hands. I would highly recommend her!

We would highly recommend Ms. Joy! She was a great nanny for our 10 month old baby girl. Ms. Joy took care of our baby for 3 months. She was very attentive and caring. We felt very comfortable and had peace of mind when leaving baby with her. We would definitely hire again!

I hired Joy to be an overnight caretaker for my infant baby and she truly provided wonderful care. I felt at ease with her and could tell my baby was in good hands. This helped me to get some much need rest to recover from childbirth. She was always very punctual as well which was greatly appreciated. I can tell my baby felt comfortable and happy in her care and I will continue to hire her for future care needs.

Ms A. help me to drop my son at the daycare. She is always on time, she can work beyond to just help you and above all she loves kids and my son was so pleased to meet her. Looking forward to work with you more and more.
