About Atifa

Hi! My name is Atifa, and I have over 10 years of experience providing child care. I grew up with five siblings, which includes a set of twins who were born when I was 11. With that being said, I grew up with the role of being a second mom while my parents worked full time. This taught me lots when it comes to child care- like sticking to sleeping/eating routines, changing diapers, making bottles/meals and engaging in educational and imaginative play and help reach milestones successfully. It also taught me how to be more patient and caring, and showed me how much I really love working with children and watching them grow. I have nanny experience working with multiple kids at once, infants, toddlers & early school age. I was also an elementary/middle school aide for a few years in college. I'm CPR/first aid certified and hold a Bachelor's degree in Health sciences as well. I am patient, empathetic and loving, and will always treat your precious children as my own family!
