About Athena

I started nannying in June 2021 for one family and cared for their children until they started preschool in 2023. During that time, I really grew to love working with children and helping them learn, grow, and have fun. I then worked full-time as a traveling Medication Assistant and CNA while continuing to babysit once a week for a family with three children. I'm now a stay-at-home mom to a 5-year-old kindergartener and a 4-month-old, and working with the county to license my home as a daycare. I watch 2 children on Monday's and Friday's. My husband and I bought our first home in Annandale last December. We have a welcoming home with plenty of space for kids to play, explore, and feel comfortable. I'm dependable, patient, and caring, and I treat the children I care for like an extension of my own family.
