About Atara

I am a current Drexel 4th year studying Global Studies and Economics. I am a Philly area native and absolutely love the city. I have a 9-5 job in center city, but would love to spend weekends and evening helping take care of your kids in whatever capacity would be helpful. I like working with kids because they are full of surprises, and I feel like I am constantly learning from them. I'm looking for a job that fits around my co-op (internship) schedule, with kind kids, who need some extra hands! I babysat kids of all ages throughout high school. Additionally, I taught tennis at my local middle and elementary schools. It was so special to share an activity that I loved so much with them! Also, in high school I tutored students in biology, english, math, and history. It was incredibly rewarding to see students go from getting Cs to As on exams. In my spare time, I like to read, go on walks, play tennis, cook, bake, practice my spanish, and go thrifting.
