We discussed my needs for childcare at length and agreed to a meet with time and place agreed to. She no-called and no-showed to the meet. When I contacted her to make sure she was OK, she told me she had car trouble that would be fixed the next day. So we tentatively set a meet for the following evening. Again, no-show. At that point, she revealed she may prefer to work extra shifts at her primary job. I asked her to call me back to confirm if she did take those extra shifts, which she never did.
