About Astrid

Hi there! My name is Astrid and I am the Direct Supervisor of a competitive girls gymnastics program here in the DMV. I have 83 girls between the ages of 6 and 15. In total I have six years of experience as a coach, coaching both girls and boys as young as 3 through USA Gymnastics. As a USAG I hold various certifications ranging from concussion training to coaching education and childhood development which has provided me with an education that extends beyond basic childcare. In addition I have been in childcare since the the age of 15, where I've had experience babysitting and nannying kiddos of all ages, starting at 1 years old and up. Because I only work in the evenings I am looking to get back into childcare in the mornings and during the day time. I absolutely love working with children and it would bring me joy to help your family!
