About Aspen

I've wanted to be a mom for as long as I can remember, and caring for children has always come naturally to me. I started as a mother's helper at 11 years old, and over the past 17 years I've cared for children from newborns to teenagers as both a babysitter and nanny. My path eventually led me into the birth world, where I've supported mothers as an emotional support birth and postpartum doula. I have bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Biology, originally studied nursing, earned my CNA certification, and I'm also an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) trainer. I'm well-traveled, open-minded, easy to talk to, calm, reliable, attentive, and warm-hearted. I enjoy creating a safe, playful environment where children feel seen, supported, and free to explore. I also love helping families with meal prep, laundry, errands, and helping a household run smoothly. My hope is to become a trusted, dependable presence who brings warmth, steadiness, and genuine care to your family.
