About Asia

I have15 years of education experience. My work with kids began as a babysitter when I was in high school. Since then, I have cared for and worked with kids as young as newborns to as old as 19. In college I studied Education and Sociology. I worked as a tutor, classroom assistant, summer camp counselor, and babysitter. After I graduated in 2015 I pursued my teaching credential and I worked with high schoolers for the past 8 years. I made a shift in 2024 and I moved on to work in a middle school as a part time Drama teacher. I am required to be CPR and First Aid certified and I hold a single subject credential in English Language Arts. While my experience and background is Humanities and the Arts I have experience supporting students with math and science as well. I would be comfortable supporting students with all levels of math up to Algebra 2. I am looking to do reoccurring work and would love to provide my services if that's what you are looking for! :)
