I grew up on what my parents liked to call a small ranch in Northern California, with chickens, horses, an aviary, and plenty of cats and dogs. I come from a family of animal lovers, and grew up taking care of my family's pets as well as helping with neighbors' pets and animals when they were out of town. I have been a dog-walker, a pet-sitter (overnight and daytime), and I'm 100% comfortable cleaning up after pets and assisting with daily grooming (brushing fur, brushing teeth, etc).
