I used to work at a few daycares and have experience in babysitting many toddlers and kiddos for about 6 years and growing! I was a basketball coach for some time and now I'm a college student majoring in Nursing!! I'm more than willing to cook, clean, and do many activities with your kiddos!! We had a zoom call. She was very friendly and a good communicator. I hired her. A week later (before she started working for me), she tells me she needs more money for the job- $5 more per hour. Desperate because she was supposed to start in a week, I agreed to $2 more per hour. She was supposed to show up the day before her first day of work to meet my kids. We set up a time. She confirmed time that morning. Then said she’d be 15 minutes late. Then texted me that the job wouldn’t work for her.
