About Ashly

Mentoring children & youth as they learn and grow is a passion of mine that has been instilled in me since I was old enough to babysit! Over the years, my skills have developed through summer camp counseling, working 1:1 with individuals with significant needs (adults & children), running an after-school social skills program & summer camp program for children with special needs, leading youth ministry discipleship groups, leading youth & adult music worship teams, and giving voice lessons & supporting in the WBSD choir classrooms. As a care provider and mentor, I believe in the importance of, as well as practice hands-on learning, creative problem-solving, gentleness, nurturing encouragement and restorative discipline. Relationship is at the center of it all!
