About Ashly

Hi, my name is Ashly. I just graduated from Texas State University with a degree in elementary education. I recently completed a year-long teaching internship and have decided to take some time to explore career options. I have a passion for working with children. I worked in a daycare at Gateway Church in Austin, TX. In this daycare, I worked with children ranging in age from newborn to 3rd graders. I worked in this daycare for 2 years. I have also worked with individual families providing care for their children of various ages. Before working in the daycare, I volunteered with many nonprofit organizations to help at-risk children and their families. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I can provide references if needed.
