About Ashli

Ashli is truly the unicorn nanny! We have been so lucky to have her care for our infant full time for the past year (and provide occasional care for our older child as well). Our daughter has just blossomed in her care and is such a happy baby with Ashli. She lights up and (tries to) run to Ashli whenever she sees her! Ashli is conscientious about safety and very well-versed in all things infant care (e.g., sleep schedules, introducing foods, etc.) and early childhood education (e.g., activities to promote language learning and motor skills). As each new milestone arose, Ashli was ready to support our daughter and enrich her experience. In addition, Ashli has always been very willing to implement our approach to parenting. For example, when she started working with our infant, we were doing naps on demand and often on us. After a few months, when we decided to work with a sleep consultant on a schedule and consistent approach to naps in the crib, Ashli was on board and very open to adjusting. Ashli is very communicative and coordination has always gone so smoothly. Our daughter also struggled with food allergies and eczema, and Ashli was well-prepared to care for her and thoughtfully address these issues alongside us. On top of all this, although we only asked that she attend to baby dishes and baby laundry, Ashli often took initiative to go above and beyond and ensure things were neat and ready for baby, during naps. She is so thoughtful and really has helped to make the transition to two kiddos so much smoother. We cannot recommend Ashli highly enough--her next family will be so lucky!
