Growing up with three siblings and a large extended family shaped my natural connection with children and appreciation for family-centered environments. We love Ashlie! She helped us for a year with my newborn and 4 year old. She helped around the house, cooking and cleaning and was proactive with laundry and just seeing what needs to be done.
