About Ashlie

My name is Ashlie and caring for children has always been a meaningful part of my life. I have over 20 years of experience working in child care, supporting children from newborn all the way to teens. Growing up with three siblings and a large extended family, helped shape my natural connection with children and my appreciation for family centered environments. Both professionally and personally, I value an active lifestyle and creative expression. I strongly believe in the importance of sports and playing outdoors, as well as the power of music, singing, dancing, and art. Especially as tools for learning, confidence building, and self expression. I've worked as a specialist Singer/ Dancer for a few different cruise line companies. Currently I am working as a sports coach and referee at elementary and middle schools and I also work in television, film, and commercial. Outside of work I enjoy vegan food, traveling, basketball, fitness, & quality time with family and friends.
