About Ashley

Hello! My name is Ashley! I am 32 years old and the mama of a very wonderful 7-year-old in 1st grade. Outside of motherhood, I have 8 year of experience working with children as a primary lead preschool teacher. I have a BA degree in Psychology and prior to this career, I was in the United States Army, now honorably discharged. I absolutely love the joy children bring to me and while I eventually want to grow my family, I find myself wanting to share my love, patience, creativity and silliness with another family and children in need! I am CPR/First Aid trained and plan to update both certificates. I am also trained in mental health first aid as I believe in the importance of mental health in addition to physical health. I am comfortable with preparing meals, light house cleaning, crafting (my absolute favorite!), running errands, park trips, library trips and just about anything to keep kiddos occupied and the parents at peace!
