About Ashley

I am a passionate and experienced childcare professional with 10 years in the field and an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Supporting children as they grow, learn, and build confidence is truly what I love to do! I believe in hands-on learning, structured routines, creativity, and lots of encouragement to help little ones thrive socially and emotionally. I am certified in CPR/First Aid, Communicable Disease Prevention, and Child Abuse & Neglect Recognition, and I stay current on all trainings. Families can count on me to be dependable, organized, patient, and full of positive energy. I value open communication and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I would love to bring warmth, structure, and joy into your home!
