I am a Certified Elementary Teacher with 10 years of local teaching experience, am Yoga/Mindfulness Teacher Trained, and have a trauma-informed background. I am also an ICRT Certified Karuna, Usui, and Holy Fire Reiki Master Therapist Practitioner and do Animal Reiki, as well. Reiki is a healing technique for stress-reduction and relaxation that promotes deep healing. It activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restores physical and emotional well-being. I would be honored to serve you, your little ones, and precious pets, too!

I hired Ashley to help me (a woman in her 30s) with post-operative care and I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't met Ashley prior to hiring her but, from the minute we met, I could tell she was personable, kind, and conscientious person and I knew I would be in good hands.
