My experience in that aspect is extensive. I recently have worked in a doctors office as a medical assistant for a pulmonologist and general surgeon. I am a mom and wife and a natural caregiver. Ashley had been providing extra 1 to 1 personal care to our mother who has Alzheimers and lives in a memory care facility. Ashley established an immediate rapport with my mother and me, and she works as a team with mom's other personal carer and the staff at the facility. Ashley is loving, attentive and experienced, so mom feels genuinely cared for and we feel confident she is providing excellent care to our mom. Ashely also gives us the assurance of having eye and ears there for us, as I live far away and my brother travels a lot for work. She helps mainly at bedtime getting mom settled for bed and doing things I would do for mom if I didn't live so far away. After each shift, Ashley communicates clearly with me and mom's other carer and she always let's me know about anything mom needs and anything else we need to know. I feel like Ashley has become an extension of our family. She is absolutely wonderful and, most importantly, mom loves her.
