About Ashley

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Ashley. She cared for our daughter from the time she was 4 months old until she was 10 months old and made my return to work after maternity leave so much easier because I had complete peace of mind knowing my baby was in such loving and capable hands. Ashley was absolutely amazing with our daughter. She was sweet, kind, patient, and gentle, with such a natural ability to connect with her. Ashley cared for her three full days each week, becoming such an important and consistent part of her routine during such a special stage of development. My baby’s face would light up when Ashley would walk in the door!!! She played with her, took her on stroller walks, spent time outside, and created so many fun moments throughout the day. She was incredibly observant and always noticed the little details, whether it was a change in mood, a new skill, or something that seemed “off.” They don’t call her “the baby whisperer” for nothing! Her communication was excellent—she kept us updated, shared details about their day, and always made us feel included. She was reliable, punctual, flexible when needed, and always brought a positive attitude. She was also happy to help with extra household tasks like laundry and the dishwasher, which was such a huge help. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have Ashley caring for their children. She is truly special, and we are so grateful for the love and care she gave our daughter.
