Teacher, tutor, animal lover. I'm mainly looking to book jobs for the summer, but can occasionally take work between now and the end of June. Please feel free to reach out! I have been sporadically tutoring over the last 15 years. I have worked with a number of different individuals and age groups, focusing mainly on test prep, writing, college essay coaching, and study practices. I am easygoing, kind, honest, and very specific in my feedback. Driven, focused, empathetic. I like tutoring because it allows me to connect with students on a more personal level. I like getting to know people and learning about how they learn. Seeing my students progress is always a rewarding experience that you don't always get to see in the classroom.

Ashley watched our 3 year old mutt and 5 year old newfie for five days. She was excellent!! Our mutt can be shy at first but warmed right up to Ashley when she met her - a true tell sign of Ashley’s caring demeanor!! She not only took great care of the pups, but also of the house - we came home to a very clean, tidy and even sheets washed home! I can’t wait to have Ashley watch the pups again, but I think the pups are even more excited!! They loved her!
