About Ashley

I love people. I have worked in many areas professionally from caregiving to hairstylist to daycare! I am a mother of 4 with one in heaven. My son passed 6 years ago from Lung Disease. From that experience I am able to connect and empathize with parents who have children with disabilities and provide care that prioritizes dignity and respect to everyone I work with. My mother in law also owned an assisted living home where I worked as a caregiver for elderly men and women, often living with Dementia or Alzheimers. As a previous Stylist, I am very outgoing and love to make conversation. I believe in the power of positivity and patience. As a mother of 4, I am able to learn personality's very quickly and understand the difference in someone's demeanor, for example excitement vs aggression. I am comfortable in all areas of caregiving, from cooking and cleaning to bathing and assisting around the house.
