About Ashley

I have 25+ yrs. of experience in the child care field and I am a former Medical field. At age 16 I worked for a large gym in the child care/youth care dept. I cared for infants-teens, organized birthday parties, parents night out, arts and crafts, day camps, overnight camp outs, etc.. I also worked through nanny agencies doing private care in families homes. I worked as a medical assistant for six years before running my in-home childcare business for 15 years. In the past 3 yrs., I've gone back to caring for children in their homes. I believe that open lines of communication between myself and my families works best. Some of my strengths are: Caring, organized, multitasking, dependable, outgoing and loyal. I love working with children and have excellent references. Some of my interests include: Anything health & fitness, reading and spending time with my family.
