I have had many years of experience working with children. I have been nannying/babysitting since I was 13. I have experience working with special needs children as well as babies. I work at a camp year round and I am in charge of a 4 different age groups every week of the summer and same goes for off season. We've had Ashley babysit our 9-month-old son a few times now, and plan to hire her again any time we need a sitter. She is calm, collected, and capable. She has plenty of experience and knows what she's doing, and our son loves her. Anyone would be lucky to have Ashley watching over their kids.
