About Ashley

With over 11 years of experience working with children with special needs in school, clinic, and home settings, I have developed a strong foundation in providing compassionate care and effective interventions. My dedication to this population is driven by my personal and professional commitment to inclusion and equitable access to services. I have completed a degree in Behavioral Science with an Emphasis on Adolescent Disorders. My experience has taught me the importance of inclusion, friendship, and dedication when working with children with special needs and their families. I also have over 10 years of experience in childcare in general working with all ages 3 months to teenage years. I worked as a preschool assistant teacher and in many daycare settings from 18-28 years of age.
