Hi! My name is Ashley, and I'm a dedicated, nurturing caregiver with 10+ years of professional childcare experience. I spent 8 years in a daycare setting caring for newborns through age 4, creating safe, structured, and engaging environments that support early development. I also have 2 years of experience as a Behavioral Health Technician, working with children on the autism spectrum and those with behavioral challenges, allowing me to provide calm, patient, and individualized care. I am bilingual (English/Spanish), which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse families.
