Ashley has cared for my 3 children (ages 5 and 2 year old twins) for the past 6 months. She is patient, kind, and the kids love her. She is continuously engaged with the kids but also helps with household tasks during their nap. She also followed our parenting and discipline process. I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. She has previously worked for 2 other families as well that both had excellent reviews of her.
