About Ashley

I am currently a Special Education teacher in Surprise, AZ. I have a Special Education and Elementary Education degree/background, as well as an Emotional Behavioral Disabilities certification. I have tutored, babysat, and taught a variety of children throughout the years from 3-month-old to 15-year-olds. I have training in Yoga4Kids, experience with Zones of Regulation, as well as undergraduate research experience in Mindfulness strategies for self-regulation. I have experience teaching reading comprehension, basic reading skills, reading fluency, math calculation, math problem solving, written expression, and social skills. Ms. Ashley is absolutely amazing. She has went above and beyond for our family. My girls absolutely love her. A God send. Such a blessing to have found her. I can’t sing her praises enough and 5 stars, definitely not enough! Any concerns I had before hiring her she affirmed, reassured, and exceeded expectations within the first week with my girls. I definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who loves what they do and are very good at it!
