About Ashley

Hello! I'm Ashley and I've been working with children since my Freshman year of high school. Throughout my seven years of working with children I have babysat, interned at preschools, and even worked at a daycare as a certified preschool teacher! I have worked with children from 3 months to 10 years old, but most of my experience is with children 2. 9 years to 5 years old! Through the years I have also volunteered at a Special Olympics for young children, and interned at a school for children with physical and intellectual disabilities! Through my work with special needs children, I have also learned ASL and Picture Exchange Communication and am always looking for new ways to communicate with non-verbal children. I love working with children and providing a nurturing environment for children to grow. My hobbies include art, going on walks and hikes, and playing board games. I love creating art and STEM projects for children, and having plenty of time to explore outside!
