About Ashley

I'm Ashley. I'm a Vice President at a Children's Home with a background in crimes against children and nearly 10 years as a high school Family and Consumer Science teacher. I started babysitting in fifth grade and worked at a Child Development Center through college. I've also been a professional nanny and a family service worker, so I've worked with kids from newborns through junior high and high school. I love having fun with kids. Singing songs, helping with schoolwork, playing, and cooking meals they'll actually eat. My singing isn't great, but kids don't seem to mind. We have one perfect foster baby who's almost two, plus two nieces and five nephews we adore. I'm married to the sweetest fiddle player around. He plays in a Texas country band and travels often.
