About Ashley

When I started my career in the health field I began to sympathize more with parents/caregivers, and truly understood parenthood is not easy. Parents always want and need the best care possible for their family even if it's not directly from them. I am currently a medical assistant in nursing school and want to continue working alongside parents and children to continue to learn to help them; I value experience over textbook terms. I believe serving a family in need can help me in my career in peds and give them a peace of mind that their family will have exceptional care. I like working with kids because they're all different, there's a new experience with each child. Their mini personalities and views on life always make us take a step back to realize how much they grasp and take away from things. We are supposed to be the teachers, but everyday they're actually teaching us something. My skills include creativity, patience, and communication.
