She sounded perfect for the job. She was really nice and honest about her situation. I set up a date for us to meet. I realized that there was a change in our need for her and let her know. She said that it was fine and we could still meet. Then she never responded to my confirmation the day of, nor did she respond to my phone call after she missed the appointment. Just vanished. Very sad.... I really wanted to work with her.
