I am a former high school biology and human anatomy teacher. After teaching, I spent several years working as a behavior therapist with children on the autism spectrum. I also have experience working in elementary schools as a paraprofessional, and am familiar with elementary math and ELA requirements and several of the elementary Direct Instruction programs (ie. Corrective Reading, Corrective Math, Reading Mastery, etc.). I have extensive experience working with children of various age ranges, skill levels, disabilities, and backgrounds. My passion is helping children reach their full potential, which I believe is best done in a one on one setting, which tutoring provides.
